These grips give me exactly the confidence I was looking for during tough workouts. They provide great grip on the bar, even without chalk, making longer sets much easier. I was curious if no chalk would really work, but these grips don't disappoint. They stick well to the bar, allowing me to hang on much longer. Exactly what I was looking for

After trying several grips, these are by far my favorite. They fit my hands perfectly and provide an incredible amount of grip. I've been using the Elite Grips for a few weeks now and the difference is truly significant. The grip is superb, even without chalk.
